Fanuc - 3 axis - post builder

Hi there Smiley Happy

I have short question - because I am finishing my postprocessor for Hartford cnc machine.

In standard template of postbuilder I have command in:

Operation Start Sequence > First tool > T M06

T : as tool number

M06: as tool change

I force them both together.

I need to change/swap this commands to get the result as: M06 T

How to do this? standard "drag" method in PB doesnt work with auto tool change.

I need to get this sequence as M06 T or else my machine gets syntax error.

Re: Fanuc - 3 axis - post builder

[ Edited ]

there is "Word Sequencing" tab in Post Builder.

This is the place where you can drag&drop words.

Re: Fanuc - 3 axis - post builder

And mayby last question about safe retract moves:

I need to set in first retract (G00) Z50. and on the end of path the last retract (G00) to Z200. value.

Im trying to make some changes in:

Tool Path> Motion > Rapid Move > rap3

rap3 as I see is only for view, this is constant function, and responsible for Z coordinate.

I need at the begining to set constant Z (user define) for example on:

G00
G43 X143.891 Y29.659 Z50. H02

And at the end constant Z (user define) to:

G00 Z200.

If You have some clues where I could set it up - it will be very great Smiley Happy

Best regards

Re: Fanuc - 3 axis - post builder

If the output has been generated by the MOM_rapid_move, you would have to add a custom command to the top of Rapid Move event to redefine "mom_pos(2)" in order to fake Z.  This custom command would set mom_pos(2) to the desired value based on other indicator (global variable) set by the respective events, again, in some custom commands.
