Flowcut multiple with ipw and lots of crashes

Can't post file... this is a mold-type 3-ax cleanup operation with multiple side steps and depths. If IPW containment is off there's no problem. However there's way too much cutting air. With IPW containment I get multiple rapid violations. Engage is set to smooth so I can't manually override heights. I've fiddled with pretty much everything but no luck. Any ideas?

If you can't post the part, can you at least add a picture showing the part, blank, and cut area?

Is collision checking on in Non-Cutting Moves?

Have you considered using reference tool instead of IPW?

Will post a pic tomorrow. I'll also try reference tool, does this include the benefit of not cutting air?

I experimented with collision checking, violating moves still there.

I talked with local support, I may have misunderstood ipw here. Seems it's for containment, not avoidance as such. So using too few levels (sides or z) will cause crashing even with ipw (containment) on.

Ended up roughing some more and using just two passes for the flowcut. Seems to work!
