Hi 

How do I call the parameters of the feedrate before each program?

And I want to show variable in my program?f值.png

Hello,

 

*

to create tab use variables:

mom_feed_rapid_value,mom_feed_cut_value, etc....

 

*

to put it into motions:

use custom command with variable mom_motion_type to output what you want.

 

*

remove F from block and create new address with what you decide in your custom command.

it should be string, modal

Suppose you create the variable like Q2 = 1600.; CUTTING FEEDRATE.
What are you going to do with the lines where NX may slowdown this feed to values other than 1600?

Use Post-Configurator and you can select how to output the feed rate, like NX-value, parameter (this is what you want) or % of cut (if the control supports this).

if nx slow down or change feedrate for exmple from cut to retract it changes motion type - it changes Q in F address.

 

*But if nx slow down cut feedrate (by optimizing) there is no effect in nc code, so in this case it is no good...

So this situation (when optimizing may be) should have another solution, more difficult than yours with static templates.

With a Post-Configurator post even an optimized tool path is not a problem at all.

if think in optimized nc program are several cut feeds - how can we do it parametric? I think we cant.

It is unlogic.

 

*In volumil somewhere you will get lets say every feed different....the end Smiley Happy.

Or put before motion a calculation of new paramere Q for cut feed, set it , output it. I see it complicated.

 

My solution: when opimizing - feedrate by number, dont use parametric feeds.

(or dont use fct optimize feeds)

(Or if machine control accept %feed in address or somewhere ... i think it is possible to program it.)

Sorry I don't use optimized feed rates nor parametric output, we just use F AUTO on our Heidenhain controllers.
