You can use the options "tag arc" or "tag point" to create a hole manufacturing feature to be used by hole making operations.

what is tag arc or tag point? is that the CAD function? could you take a screenshot plz?

It is a CAM function used mainly with FBM, but the new drilling operations can use these virtual machining features too.
