Which postprocessor or even control? Various postprocessor templates decide how to turn on tcp in different ways. Some decide based on operation type. Others by a ude setting. Still others by a variable setting - usually in start of program custom command. Generally - for tcp for all included rotaries - the motion axis addresses will use "mom_mcs_goto" variable instead of "mom_pos".

Reply, thanks.

I changed the setting by the way shown in the figure.(Figure1,Figure2)

After opening the post processor I wanted to modify in the post builder, I modified it in the following way.

1. click "Program & Tool Path". (Figure1)

2. click "Proguram".

3. click "Proguram Start Sequence".

4. click each sequence.

5. Change "mom_pos" to "mom_mcs_goto". (Figure2)

But TCP did not become effective. Was my method wrong?

Please reply to beginners of 5 axis machining center.
