Re: I can not open the .pui file

Bad news for you. Once you save your toolpath as .pui file....

Here - your "pui"

"PUI""PUI"

Re: I can not open the .pui file

Yes, this was a process and not the old file.
It was in a file that we use for a long time.

Re: I can not open the .pui file

My guess is that when you postprocessed, you meant to browse for the output file, but instead browsed for the postprocessor (pui) file.

Re: I can not open the .pui file

Do you have any backups?

That is likely where you will have to go to recover the PUI file.

If you don't, well, maybe its about time to start.

Only other option that comes to mind is to create a new post WITH A DIFFERENT NAME

Then go thru & match the existing post (tcl/def and output files) as close as possible.

Another option to backups is to use source code management software (e.g. CVS or SVN) to save the current state of the files periodically.

Re: I can not open the .pui file

If you need to post proccess you can make an empty text file and rename it with the ".PUI" suffix. NX will use it to point to the .TCL and .DEF files. Of course you can not make changes to the post without hand editing the TCL file so you should create a new post.

Are you just asking about the yellow & pink words you highlighted?
Or all the differences?

You lost X400 and other - easy way set Force Output for all adresses in line for XYZIJKF. Not optimal prog, but you solve your problem.

Re: I can not open the .pui file

In your postbuilder under "Program & Tool Path > Program > Operation Start Sequence > Auto Tool Change" add the block "PB_CMD_alignment_block"  to force outputing the positions and feed rate. Alteratively add the line "MOM_force once X Y F" to the end of your "PB_CMD_takim_yeni_mi" custom command.
