I have seen on some Haas machines where the End Of Block character is needed at the end of each line.   I think it is a Semicolon ;

You can add this from Post Builder N/CData Definitions - Other Data Elements End of Block

Did you get the alarm immediately or was some of the program inputted into the control?

Do you have a % at the end of your program?

Also, from other Haas programs I have seen which were proven Haas VF milling programs...

% by itself should work.

O000031 should be fine but there may be a character limit.

An O-name is optional so you can leave it out.  I see this frequently.

Colons are acceptable characters.

There is a character limit to comment lines but I'm not sure what it is, I cannot find my notes on it and Haas manuals are infamous for incomplete information.

Does it error while loading? If not run it in single block until it errors.
