Hi guys, good day! I need your sugestion, recommendation and sulotion about my problem. This is my first time that i used haas vf2 5x. (3+2) machine.I'm trying to input my nc data into haas vf2 5x (3+2) machine, but i found some alarm. The alarm is ( 430 unexpected end of input).
Please see the screen shot sample nc data program here.
Thank you very much.
I have seen on some Haas machines where the End Of Block character is needed at the end of each line. I think it is a Semicolon ;
You can add this from Post Builder N/CData Definitions - Other Data Elements End of Block
Did you get the alarm immediately or was some of the program inputted into the control?
Do you have a % at the end of your program?
Also, from other Haas programs I have seen which were proven Haas VF milling programs...
% by itself should work.
O000031 should be fine but there may be a character limit.
An O-name is optional so you can leave it out. I see this frequently.
Colons are acceptable characters.
There is a character limit to comment lines but I'm not sure what it is, I cannot find my notes on it and Haas manuals are infamous for incomplete information.
Hi Mould united, thank you for your responsed. I got the alarm during i tried to load my nc data into haas machine. yes i have a % sign in my end of program. what do you mean in (An O-name is optional so you can leave it out) eg, O000031 it becomes 000031? i have attached here my nc data.. please see. thank you for your responsed.
Do you have a program on the machine that you can download to your PC and look at the of the header and end of program?
