1.print screen your kinematic settings and axis vectors here from your postprocessor
2.we need to see path of your operation which gives you these errors. attach files
Maybe your operation is not reachable by this kinematics.
- then people will have better chances to help
(maybe your machine model kinematic definition is wrong, I dont know)
Try this -
Open up the rotary axes to full 360 degree rotation
post & see what values are output - see which operations exceed the actual axis limits, and what the values are.
then reset back to actual limits
