Looking into these KME tombstones. Has anyone here used one? They are slow so the post would have to preposition each rotary fixture while the spindle is on the one before it.
I have heard nothing but good thing about them. Also their customer support is supposed to be excellent.
Each chuck would need an MCS to set rotary perspective. Depending on how each rotary is commanded - if necessary - the post could key on the mcs or a ude on it to switch the C axis leader. More automation could be accomodated (than this) by workpiece or 3d zone based switching.
