Kinematic chains and RTCP with different heads

Hello everyone.

 

I use NX 9.0 and tried to create CSE simulator of horizontal boring machine with changeable heads and get some troubles. This machine have two AC-heads that can working in RTCP Mode. My question is how I should organize kinematic machine models to create kinematic chains with joints in different devices?

Hi undakrot,

 

unfortunetaly currently it´s not possible to switch the kinematic chain depending on the active head/device. 

 

The only chance you have is.... initiate all kinematic chains on simulation start.
