Did you mean:

MCS - Purpose: Local - Special Output: None

Hello,

Could anyone please explain the behavior and effects of using a local MCS with Special Output set to None?

The NX CAM help states: Bases the output on the local MCS coordinates

Does anyone know more to this?

Best wishes,
Joachim

I just see these variables:

mom_special_output 0 1 2 3  (none0, fix. offset 2, use main1, csys rot3)

mom_coordinate_system_purpose 0 1 (local, main)

mom_kin_coordinate_system_type (local, main, CSYS (when rot))

- maybe this is only strings and you can use them whatever you want? I dont know.

and output of these variables is mysterious to me:

mom_sys_coordinate_system_status

mom_kin_coordinate_system_status
