Hi,

I have put four MCS (G54,G55,G56,G57) in Nx.

But the output is wrong.

For first operation I have G54, but output si G57.

Next operation doesn´t have nothing (without tool change).

Third operation is ok.

And fourth operation is OK.

Can someone help me?

Without knowing what code is in the post processor to output the fixture offset it would be impossible to answer your question.

1) What does the geometry view look like?

2) How are the MCS objects defined? (i.e. in "Details" block, what is set for "Purpose" and "Fixture offset", and, if purpose is not "Main", what is set for "Special output" settings in that block?)

Legend

Make Initial and first move the same. Only one or the other is used.

Initial is used if there is a tool change.

First is used for every operation without a tool change.

I guess I should have ask what are you using to create a tool list at the beginning of your program? if you are using the "pb_cmd_tool_list.tcl" from the postbuilder custom commands folder you may need to check the "PB_CMD_save_active_oper_tool_data" and make sure you are saving the fixture offset variable, because what happens is as it cycle through the tools it uses the fixture offset from the last tool.
