I don't think they are in the customer defaults (but I may be wrong).
In theory, there is an ENV (UGII_CAM_CONFIG) you can set to pull in the proper configuration file (which can pull in the proper template set file).
But I've had about 50% success in making it work.
Journals DO work well - maybe set one (or more) up on a ribbon that they can click?
Dim preferences1 As CAM.Preferences preferences1 = theSession.CAMSession.CreateCamPreferences() preferences1.ConfigurationFile = "C:\Folder_Path\my_cam_config.dat" Dim nXObject1 As NXObject nXObject1 = preferences1.Commit() preferences1.Destroy()

I'd rather be e-steemed than e-diseaseled
I have UGII_CAM_CONFIG set correct now.
The other one eludes me...it also changes when I hit the reset to default, but when I hit apply, it changes back, WTH?
The dialog is not always displaying what is really used, it can't be used to check the current settings.
This is especially true when you use File => New setup parts, since the display is often different from what is used due to the CAM setup being used is the one saved with the template part.
You can use UGII_CAM_DEFAULT_TYPE_TEMPLATE and UGII_CAM_IMAN_TYPE_TEMPLATE to specify a default OPT file, if the one listed in the setup or the part file is not found.
