NX CAM Turing Teach mode operation

Experimenter

Dear Makers,

In teach mode operation actually i used sketch for profile?

My query:

In the above profile,

Is that tool follow the profile by tracking point or just it will remove the material within that area? How it is?

Because i am not getting the exact NC out put as required (coordinates)

Thank you

Basavaraj

Any operation that uses tracking points (turning, milling planar profile, etc.) will always output the coordinates of the TRACKING POINT.  But the *tool profile* should follow the "part" geometry.

You need to replay/visualize/etc. the operation to see if the tool is removing the correct material.

Have you tried a test - revolve the sketch to create a solid, then create spun section, and test if tool does the right thing vs. the spun section outline?

Be careful that it's not just a display issue (e.g. faceting size for display is "too large").

Can you post a screen capture of enough to show the issue?
