Having trouble accessing NX help since Company upgraded our Computers to Win 7. If I go to help file locations looks like everything is there, also went from IE to Google Chrome as it crashes a lot less, is there a setting that needs changed ?
We had a similar problem and it was down to what Java version you are using and the security permissions, I think there is something about this on the GTAC site somewhere.
Give them a shout, hope they sort something out for you.
There are several SFBs related to java updates and their effect on searching in the documentation. I would start with SFB-Teamcenter-8157, which lists all the others.
The good news is you won't have to deal with this in NX10.
