If anyone is having this issue while exporting/importing a STEP file (or other translators) and NX11.0.2, I have the official GTAC solution:
- Select 'Download or Upload Files'
- Login in with WebKey account user name and password
- Under the Download tab, select 'NX'
- Select 'NX Support'
- Select 'End of Standard Maintenance'
- Select 'NX 11'
- Select 'Maintenance-packs'
- Install any MP beyond MP8
