Under the Word tab in post builder.
Each word has a format. Some are linked like I and J so if you edit I J will also change.

i'm change I J K friction up to 5 desimal but it still showing error "block number 135 error in end point of circle"

 

check i'm attched nc file and also .prt file.

 

Now what can i do for this error??

I'm not sure what is going on if this didn't fix the problem.

I plotted the arc in NX and it's a very small arc segement but it should still work.

Either check the controller parameters or make that troublesome operation linear. Maybe somebody can look at this. I'm lost for more suggestions.

If this is a one time error and you need a workaround to get through the part, set your cutting tolerance very low, and set the output to linear. This will output no arcs in the code.

I've had issues on Okuma controls (particularly with cutter dia comp) when the next digit beyond the machine precision was nearly 5 (i.e. for .0001 precision, it was .00005) I needed to add .00001 to the arc radius to get it to work "right"

(note arcs were output using R not IJK)

Also, I would not just increase the precision of JUST the IJK words.  I would do the machine precision, and ALL coordinate output.
