What does the NC code look like when you see the error?

I'm guessing here but...

Sounds like you are trying to do a 4 axis move, and your control does not have that option turned on.

I.e. you have (assuming rotary is an "A" axis):

G1 X Y Z A

Or you are doing a helical move & control does not support that type of motion

G2 X Y Z I J

Actually I am doing Variable controlled operation. But when i am posting this file.

Output comes G1 X Y X A but feed is not comes for 4th axis for continue rotation.

I used manually G93 but Machine not taken this code.

So i need any other solution for this, like any use of PB_CMD command ....

You did get the message "too many simulteneous axes" when you tried to run the program on the machine, correct? (vs. an error message when you post processed)?

When I read that error message, it means that you are trying to move too many axes in one line of G code

So this may be OK:
G1 X Y Z

and this may be OK:
G1 A

But (because of how the machine tool builder / Fanuc set up the control), it can NOT handle

G1 X Y Z A  (edit - was incorrectly typed as "C")

Unknown is if it can handle other combinations (e.g. "G1 X Y A" or "G1 X A").

Does the machine alarm if you have a line "G0 X Y Z A"?

I generally regard Mitsubishi as "similar to Fanuc" so (if you want something other than "Generic") try one of the Fanuc controller templates.

Note I do NOT have a lot of experience with Mitsubishi controllers, so what others say may be better advice...
