I try post Builder.
When you save or open the settings, the following window will be activated.
Format setting may not accommodate the output for "Rotary Motion Resolution".
What is the cause and how should I fix it?
You have to check some parameters.
In PB check which Format is used for X,Y,Z
Then look how many decimals this format have you can use the edit button
Then you have to set the Linear Motion Resolution and the Rotary Motion Resolution to a smaller Value
I've found that if they aren't EQUAL (the format & resolution) you get the warning.
One way around this is to set them equal in those dialogs, then add a custom command (in "start of prorgam") something like:
global mom_kin_4th_axis_min_incr global mom_kin_5th_axis_min_incr global mom_kin_machine_resolution set mom_kin_4th_axis_min_incr "0.0001" set mom_kin_5th_axis_min_incr "0.0001" set mom_kin_machine_resolution ".000001" MOM_reload_kinematics
Use values appropriate to you.
The only problem with this is that these settings are "hidden" (not set in the "normal" place) so other users who try to edit your post may have a problem figuring out where you set them

I'd rather be e-steamed than e-diseaseled
If you need different resolutions, just add another format, like rotary_coordinate, and assign it to the rotary axis.
