※ Information

1) Machine : 4axis type (XY Plane - Caxis Rotate)

2) Version : NX11

3) Operation : Hole Making - Drilling

4) Question :

I am drill cutting  as below.

R : 10, Cut Depth : 4, 7

The 1st to 6th drill depth is 4, and the 7th drill depth is 10.

However, R-value and Z-value are output differently when G-code is output.

I also refer to CLS FILE.

Post Builder referenced sim04_mill_4ax and changed only plane of rotation to XY.

What is it? How can we solve it? Thank you for your advice.

but anyway at first I will give one key advice:

I would suggest to start with generic template.

It is almost empty and there is nothing special that you can have problem with.

I did all postprocessors from generic template and I have no strange behaviour like in ootb posts because they are probably tuned a little to get some special behaviour.

So If you want to be sure - use generic template Smiley Happy

And then Smiley Happy  you can tune it like you want (with logical behaviour) and you can get far better results than with ootb postbuilder posts or postconfigurator posts.
