Post Error

Valued Contributor

I am getting this message on a post that previously worked any ideas ?, this is a turning program. I had some issues last week with a milling drilling program wher UDF's for machine were not in pick list anymore (840 DSL Control). The only thing I think that may have changed since this post last worked was maybe a maintenance pack update

Re: Post Error

Does the file exist?

Check your syslog to see where $UGII_CAM_USER_DEF_EVENT_DIR is pointing, and look in that folder.

depending on options you check in the post (note if you save an older post in a newer version of PB, this may get "checked" for you), the post will create a post-specific *UDE.CDL file.

Look in the "N/C Data Definitions" -> "Other Data Elemets" tab, "User Defined Events" column (at right)

You may need to copy it to the UDE folder, or re-point the UDE.CDL folder to the machine's folder, or whatever
