Post configurator output data

Hi,

I´m Doing a simple 3 axis Postprocessor with Postconfigurator.

I create two layers. In one of those layers i put in the start_of_program somo data for the customer. I do the same in the start_of_path. But when I postprocces an NX program automatically Postconfigurator out some data that I don´t want to put (Highlighted in yellow on the picture attach)

I try to remove this data but i can´t.

¿How is the way to remove it?

Best regards

There are some things that you should do

First switch on debug mode on in the PostConfigurator Interface
 Miscellaneous
  Debugging
   Show where output comes from    ---> ON

then post a operation

 copy the line (you can see it in the PP-Listing)
 LIB_GE_command_buffer_seq MOM_start_of_program_LIB PROGRAMSTART {@START_OF_PROGRAM}
and
 LIB_GE_command_buffer_seq LIB_SPF_operation_header_comment HEADER_COMMENT {@NEWLINE1 @INFOLINE @OPNOTES @NEWLINE2}

remove the unwanted Items in the list
 example
 LIB_GE_command_buffer_seq MOM_start_of_program_LIB PROGRAMSTART {}
 LIB_GE_command_buffer_seq LIB_SPF_operation_header_comment HEADER_COMMENT {@OPNOTES @NEWLINE2}

insert this two modified lines in your layer

Instead of the items that you remove you can also insert your customization
 call your own proc
  LIB_GE_command_buffer_seq MOM_start_of_program_LIB PROGRAMSTART {PROC_name}
 or commands
  LIB_GE_command_buffer_seq MOM_start_of_program_LIB PROGRAMSTART {{MOM_output_literal "(Start of program)"}}

Re: Post configurator output data

It works!

Thanks!

Re: Post configurator output data

Does Post Configurator create/use it's own CSE files/directory?

Re: Post configurator output data

The PostConfigurator create a structur under the Postprocessor directory, but use the same CSE directory and dirvers as the other Post does.

Thank you for your reply.

Is it possible to disable Plane Spatial output with 3+2 toolpaths for a iTNC530 control?

All output should reference machine zero csys.

Re: Post configurator output data

In your reply above you mentioned editing text in a layer file.

Can you please explain?

Yes it is possible

Set the Plane Output supported and the TCPM output supported to None and

the Absolute Output Mode to All. See attached picture
