Is it possible in postbuilder to have access to the upcoming axis rotations when in the Auto Tool Change section?

 

During the toolchange I need to know what the upcoming axis roataions will be. Problem is that the mom_nxt_out_angle_pos variable will become accesible during the initial move, witch is to late.

The tool change is written in the format:

TOOLCH("toolname",next_a_axis,next_c_axis)

Is there a way to do this?

Can you move the tool change logic to the initial move? That is what I have done on quite a few posts.

Moving the tool code to the initial move works fine. I'm able to read the upcoming rotary moves.

Now I have to find away to move the spindle output. It outputs now just before the toolchange Smiley Sad

If you remember where the tool change was in the "tool change" event, move all the blocks after that point to after the new location of the tool change event in "initial move"?

Once I removed the tool change marker and the spindl marker in NX it's solved. Spindle is now outputted in the first move -after my toolchange code- Smiley Happy
