Postbuilder specify a parameter in the popup window

Hello,
It is possible to set some function in the postprocessor that when I generate an operation, a popup window will appear where the value is entered and confirmed. These values would be generated in nc code.
Is this somehow done?

Thank you

Attached are two examples of Tcl/Tk code and posts that create user-input
dialogs during posting - the one pop-up dialog looks like this:

And the other looks like this:

I've also included a short video that shows the user-interaction with these
dialogs.

The dialogs are created by the files called Post_Options_EX1.tcl and
Post_Options_EX2.tcl - these must be located in the same folder as the
sample post files. You will also find two additional files called
Post_Options_EX1 Custom Commands.tcl and Post_Options_EX2 Custom
Commands.tcl. These files contain the calling code for the post options
dialogs and are intended to be imported directly into your post.

Hope you find this useful.

Regards,

Thank you very much.

That's exactly what I need. I have tried it, but in my code it will not write to me the values.

Have you tried running either of the two sample posts?  If not, try posting using the TK_Dialog_EX1_Post to see if it works.

If none of the supplied sample posts work, then it may be the version of NX you are running (these posts work in NX9 and up - I don't have any earlier versions to test them on).

The "EXEC" command I use is a special PB function that was created to help resolve a 64-bit issue with PB.  Are you running a 32-bit  or 64-bit version of NX?

Yes. I running the two sample post, the same warning occurs.

I use NX8.5. May be the version's problem

Well, thank you very much, anyway.
