Radial Drilling on millturn

Gentlemen,

I have a millturn post and it outputs the following.  I want it to output as shown below.  I have other posts that do this but I don't know the way to get it.  

 

What I am getting now:

One suggestion,

 

In your XZC post, check the G181 X...Z... block's X and Z coordinate setting whether its MODAL or NON-MODAL. Change it from existing and check the result.

Thanks for the suggestion.  Unfortunatly it didn't work.  I think it may be a custom command or some logic to check whether it is part of the same operation and not to output the rapid move and the cycle off code.

How are the post kinematics set up?

XZC or XYZC?

what is the setting of mom_coordinate_output_mode?

what about mom_sys_output_mode?

Is this a "Hole Making" drilling operation or "Point To Point"?

 

Also check the toolpath listing is it like this?

I haven't played much with holemaking, but from the internal toolpath, it looks like you would have to change the way the tool is moved between the holes...

It looks like you are using a bounding cylinder clearance geometry.

 

Without writing custom code to save all cycle params and delay output then check if next hole is a cycle with the same params etc. (sounds like a minefield to me )

Setting clearance for initial and final only and none between generate a single cycle.

This will not verify without collision .

Using a simulator with machine code will verify correctly.

As the simulator is working so well in NX9+ this is our goto solution.

Only downside is can effect IPW.

Agrivas, That is a good idea, unfortunatly I don't have that option in the pulldown for Between Features.  Am I missing an option to display?  I went through Custimize Dialog and found nothing that I could add to allow me to do this either.

Use direct, should be the same as none.
