Step drill value

Pioneer

Hello,

I set step drill value with 'constant', value set to 1.5, But I output value is not 1.5 in cl file. I do not know why?

the constant value should be always kept same value, right?

Thanks in advance!

Ive been testing:

*old drill op. drill deep - step value = 5 , Q in cycle = 5

*holemaking drilling-

                                step constatnt 5, Q in cycle =4,601

                                step exact 5, Q in cycle =5

I have not answer why it is like that right now.

For drilling we support 6 depth increment types. The next two types require a single step value input:

1. Type Constant with a maximum step distance, "For “Maximum Distance”, the step value is optimized for each hole individually to have equalized steps.  This value will be outputted as a single step value (Step1). (example: total depth of 35 with specified depth increments 10 will be modified into 8.75)

2. Type Exact with a step distance, "The specified value (Distance in mm/in or % Tool Diameter) will be outputted as a single step value (Step1). As a consequence the last (remaining) step can be fractional." (example: total depth of 35 with specified depth increments 10 will result in 3 steps of 10 and a remaining of 5)
