please kindly anyone reply to me

Use the Synchronization Manager to create multi-channel, synchronized motion.  See the help files - there is a section on synchronization at the top level of the CAM help section:

Help>CAM>Synchronization Manager.

You macro example doesn't seem to have much to do with sync manager ;-)

But anyhow...

Writing macro style programs is not something NX does well (or at all) "as installed".

It generally is intended to write the actual NC code to run, with actual values (not variables)

Not to say you can't get what you want, because you can.  But it will require adding custom UDEs and a _lot_ of "post magic" to make it happen.

Hi Ken

Thanks to you for yor answering

The Macro is not sync Manager,

This macro progrm use to 3axis Machine,

I need your support to develop Macro progrma for post processor,

How to relate UDE to Macro & control  tool path Depth,

can you explain about the macro?

Well, it's not something easily explained in a post on a forum like this.

One could say this is in the "non trivial" category ;-)

I would suggest (if you haven't already) taking the Postbuilder/CAM customization training class from Siemens.

What you need to develop is UDEs for each operation type to drive the behavior, then LOTS of customization in PB to do the output (actually, it may be easier to ignore PB and just write the .tcl & .def files yourself).

Sorry, but you're asking for something like a month's worth of my time to do this, and that's way more time than I have available.

Hi Ken,

I know the  new develop post processor (UDE ,TCL) for 3 to 5 axis Machine,  No need explain from beginning level of the post, how to customization macro program of post, can you explain how to setup the macro sup file (text file)  to linked post and tool path

Your macro seems to be two mill profiles with a loop to mill multiple z depths. Do you want the profile to come from path in CAM? Or are you asking how to make the post output the lines in this macro? Or are you asking how to make the post call this macro that already exists on the control?

Macro code is not ideal for any cam system to output. For one thing - replay has to be aware of the motion made in the macro - which is more possible when an integrated simulation reads and understands the logic in macro code (which ISV is capable of.) Still stock updates that cam depends on will not be made.
