T31 Z-10 CSE SIMULATION

Hello!

For SWISS-type machine I need simulate nc-programm with line:

T31Z-10.

Real CNC set active T31, read tool compensation and after it make a Z-10 motion.

CSE - first of all make a Z-motion and after it start my subroutine for tool change and tool compensation.

 

How I can do T31 action first, and after it - Z-motion?

I understand you need first set the tool length compensation and move the Z value including that correction.

 

Here one Idea how to solve it:

catch’ the Z meta code together with the M6

use the value to set a subprogram parameter (AddSubProgParam)

update the tool change subprogram to define a parameter
use the value of the Z parameter to do the motion at the end of the tool change

I havenot M6 code, no need for this type machine. But, I found a same solution -

I check isDefined(Z), and set some #VAR to Z value. And add last line to ToolChange sub Z[#VAR]
