Guys,

just started using vericut and when we go from NX to vericut all of our tools come over 90 degees off in orientation. Vericut can't seem to figure it out and said its something we are doing in NX. Has anyone had this issue and know the fix?

Thanks

The only time I have seen this is when using a right angle head in NX.

Are you using the NX to Vericut interface?

What version of NX are you using and what version of Vericut?

What does CG Tech have to say?

Are you guys talking about parametric tools, or solid? Standalone or managed (TC)? I know we don't have much luck with the interface with mrl (solid) tools. We end up building tools from the solids in the tool manager.

There is a new release of Vericut  7.3.4   One of the bug fixes is to create tools from NX  in the correct orientation.  This may be what your looking for.
