Tools in dialogue windows of tool path

I think these tools were created and came from the tool library. But why these tools always can show in the dialogue windows of tool path? Probably it was already imported by NX. I would like to know which macro or command to catch it?

If I understand your question correctly...

When editing an operation...You can re-select the tool for that operation.

The list you show is (I believe) a list of all valid tools (by tool type, not tool size) in the part for this type of operation.  (i.e. you can't select a turning tool for a milling operation)

If that's not what you are asking, please be more specific and/or rephrase your question.

I mean these tools was showed in the tool dialogue. If we use same mill template to create new part tools still there.

Probably these tools already exist in the template. But I do not know which file connect to tool list.

If the tools are available in a newly created part, then they are part of the template used to initialize the CAM session.

What detailed steps are you using starting with "File => New" to create a CAM session?
