Using Floor / Wall

what better operation to machine the bottom radius ?

I 'm using the operation floor / wall but does not eliminate the radius..I need help!!!

Can you pick the floor as cut area and use area milling?

If you have to machine the geometry *exactly* as in the picture, you will need to come at it from the side with a T cutter. (you can rough like you have it, but nothing other than T cutting or the sinker EDM option will cut the geometry *as shown*)

 

If you are allowed fillets in the corners, then bull-nose mill the "flat" section then use a ball nose cutter and surface contouring on the radius.

And looking at it closer, a T cutter may not even fit (as the radius appears a bit small, there's probably no clearance for any realistic shank)
