WARNING: unable to determine valid rotary positions in 5axis machine Head-Head (AC)

Hi!

I Have a problem.

My post processor is a 5axis machine  Head-Head (AC). (machine_AC.jpg)

The rotary axis vector are:

      4th: I0 J0 K1

      5th: I0 J1 K1

And you can see the machine kinematics in "Head_kinematics.jpg".

I´m doing a two differents operations on differents faces of a simple part on two differents tool orientations.

If I postprocess without charged machine all it´s ok.

If I postprocess with the machine:

  • If I postprocess the operation one by one it´s all correct.
  • But if I do them all together i get the folowing error: "WARNING: unable to determine valid rotary positions"

I think ths PB functions is the key of the error, if i comment the black lines all run ok. But I don´t like the post behavior in other situations

}

If you dont want to overide post kinematics by machine model kinematics put "return" at the top of the custom command PB_CMD_revise_iks...

Anyway check the kinematics in post and in the machine model and also range of both rotary axes.

Hi,

Yes I know, but i prefer read this function and I don´t understand the conflict between my "post kinematics" and my "machine kinematics"
