machine code simulation error

I am trying to get my first simulation going. When I choose to tool path simulate it is running ok. When I go to machine code simulation I get the pictured error, why? I also notice if I have twin turrets that all the movements are being done with the main turret. If I need to use the main spindle as a C axis, it doesn't rotoate. I notice the simulation examples from siemen do this too.

Re: machine code simulation error

I think we'll need more details to determine the cause.

Have you gone through this with GTAC?

I was hoping there would be a quick solution before getting all the documents to GTAC. There is just so much data everywhere for machine simulation that I understand your reply.

The error message is not telling anything useful, at least a syslog would be needed.

An image of the machine tool builder navigator with all columns enabled and visible would be helpful too.
