I get save error with NX11.0.0. I have not get this with NX10.0.3.5. 

 

Can anyone advise with the solution?

we had this problem on few parts, too. But we were unable to reproduce it.

NX 11.0.1 has been released on Friday January 27th, 2017, might be good to have the latest fixes and enhancements checked on a testing system.

You could also try the external utility refile_part with the command line switch to run part cleanup, fix known corruptions respectively.

Doing a part cleanup in a fresh NX 10.0.3 session in the gateway application and try again could be another way too.

I did a part cleanup but hasn't help. I am just wondering what could be a root cause. 

 

I got this error several times now with various parts - only with NX11, never with 10.0.3.5 It is actually preventing me to migrate to nx11 for every day use.

 

If anyone has other ideas, please share.

Send the part to GTAC, they have better ways to investigate.

In addition without the syslog of the problem, we are bound to guessing too.

If you are a licensed user, log a call with GTAC, and provide the part and syslog. Then they can work with development to see if the issue is already resolved, or we need a PR.

I am lincesed user but have no maintanance program. Can I still log issues to GTAC and get support?

I'm not sure of the policy in your area, but I would call and ask, or call your reseller.
