Can I get a correct tool path for this type machining (not tool centre cutting rather tool edge cutting) on a 4-Axis machine? The generated output is shown below.

Ok.But when I generate the same programme in an 5 Axis Post, it comes in X, Z, B Axis output. Y remaining at -10 offset (half of tool diameter). Why there is such a difference in the output?

how to get tool path in the format like "Output of 5ax pp in coord rotation mode"? I tried but only got in X Y format. I want post to generate tool path in coordinate mode. how can I get it?

I dont know what kind of PP you are using but,

in general,

mom_pos (array)  coordinates are rotated - Z - spindle direction, XY perpendicular to the spindle.

mom_mcs_goto (array) coordinates are direct MCS based coordinates.
