In your Solid Profile 3D operation, set as follow:
1. Cutting Parameters > Stock > Tolerance >
Intol = 0.1mm
Outtol = 0.1mm
2. Cutting Parameters > Corner> Smoothing >
Z-Axis Smoothing = ON
And set ramp angle to 30deg
3. Turn on whatever compressor that comes with your controller and you are done
For this case for me more easy to use old-good Sequential Milling operation. I buil sample, just sample, you can change engage, increment for passes, feeds etc.
How about using CONTOUR_PROFILE as a more modern way to get a tool path like with sequential milling?
