A couple updates regarding communications with the MindSphere support team.
When responding to an email for any active/open ticket, always ensure that the ticket/IR number is included in the subject line. If you edit or remove this number, your response will not be associated with that ticket's history and will likely go unnoticed.
Some early MindSphere customers were provided a gtac_www email address for general questions and support. This is no longer an active email account and will not be monitored. For all Support requests please use the Support app in your launchpad or file a ticket directly in QTAC (PLM QTAC support portal
