Try running cimfcleanregistry17.exe. The default location for this file is in C:\Program Files\Siemens PLM Software\Factory Programs 2017\Program. This will ensure that all of your previous registry entries for the Factory products are removed. After you run this, reload the menus by typing FACTORY in the command window (do not use the CUI command to load the menus). This will make sure all trusted paths are set correctly.

FactoryCAD is based on AutoCAD platform and supports the system configuration requirement of AutoCAD.
Below is the Autodesk link for certified graphics hardware and the supported drivers. Current supported version for most of the NVIDIA Quadro adapters is 385.90. I recommend to download and install from Autodesk link.
Another workaround for machines with "not cad graphics card" could be renaming these 2 files.
As a consequence of this workaround "import jt" command is not working.

This issue is related to an OpenGL issue. To be able to use the latest NVIDIA drivers you can also try the following workaround:
