Discrepancy Between JT in Viewer and What is Loaded in PS on TC

I have a kinematic FUPA robot dress JT file downloaded from the vendor.

In the viewer, it's home position looks correct, but when I load the model into Process Simulate on Teamcenter, it's HOME position is very different and inaccurate.

Where does the discrepancy reside and what can I do to fix the model?
