Can you please tell us which application you are using Tecnomatix Plant Simulation, Tecnomatix Process Simulate, ...?
Hello Try this:
open tc command promp:
This is in your start menu-> Teamcener (directory) -> command prompt with the version name
enter fccstat -status
If this return some numbers than it means that fcc is working fine and knows fsc details.
If this fails, then you need to see if FSC is working or started.
For windows: To check FSC: go the the server where you have installed FSC:
Check the service with Teamcenter FSC ....
Make sure this is started.
if you find errors on fccstat -status : let me know the errors and we can troubleshoot.

was it ever working?
did you applied patch?
installed new client? etc.

But the issue is solved!!
The Problem was that the customer change some IP's and our company has to change
this in our Firwall. And now it is solved.!!
it is not able to find the volume.
