Hi all, wondering if anyone out there knows about or has documents related to recommended practices for deployment of Process Simulate on Teamcenter.
Looking for guidelines around the following topics;
1. Process structure guidelines for hierarchy (deep or shallow?), contexts used for assignment of product (mfg assy or components?) and workarea objects(assign at station level or resource level or both?), conceptual planning vs detailed production process plans, use study objects or no? Cloning? Etc.
2. Plant structures and plant layout (embedded viewer vs Process Sim vs NX line designer)
3. Roles > special role for simulators or no?
4. Dealing with Change (especially product changes, but also process and plant).
