Once you updated to Windows 10, did you update JT2Go to the Windows 10 App? The Windows 8 app should only be run on Windows 8. If you haven't, you may want to uninstall your current version and install the new app for Windows 10.
Thanks for posting that you got a solution. Because of your OS references, I thought you were talking about our Mobile App solution, not our desktop solution, thus my original response.
