Jack Licensing Error

Hi,

i’m using jack student version 8.0.1 win64. After using it for about 4 months, i can’t open it anymore.

 

I get this message:

Licensing: Unable to check out feature: jack_base

 

How can i fix that problem?

Hello,

 

Please try these suggested solutions posted by my colleague on another post related to a similar issue.

 

1) Be sure your license server is pointing to the right location/license file. 2) You can also try to stop and restart the server. 3) Lastly, I would try to reboot your machine.

 

If these simple things do not help, I recommend contacting the GTAC group by phone, hopefully they can walk you through some troubleshooting steps.
