I have a problem with my Jack 8.01 student version.
I installed the software and the licence, following Siemens instructions. But, when I try to run Jack it doesn't work, indicating license error.
How I can solve this problem?
Be sure your license server is pointing to the right location/license file. You can also try to stop and restart the server. Lastly, I would try to reboot your machine.
If these simple things do not help, I recommend contacting the GTAC group by phone, hopefully they can walk you through some troubleshooting steps.
