Reaching in a Fixed Seated Posture

Hi,

 

I want to make the manikin touch a button by right/left hand while in a seated erect posture. I want to keep the torso, pelvis everything fixed while trying to reach the button. However, the manikin always moves his torso while making the reach posture which I do not want. 

 

I am using the human control panel and giving the grasp segment command to reach a button. I want the manikin to make a reach posture by only moving his hand (not moving his torso, pelvis, etc) even when the button is out of his reach. 

 

Please let me know if somebody knows how to do it.
