Adding part with note part to assembly

Hi everyone,

 

I want to add part with some notes on one face to assemby, but when I try to do that I loose all notes on this face. Someone has similiar problem? What could be reason? In attachment I sensd some screenshots to better understand probleM.

Guessing, one or both of:

- Notes are not part of the reference set used in the assembly (try using "Entire part" reference set)

- Notes are on a layer that is turned off in the assembly

 

It might be other things, but that's what I would check first

Or notes have been created view-dependant... Not sure what happens to these in an assembly context.

How did you create these notes? Did you use the PMI application to create them? Or are they created some other way (using the Notes Drafting command, for example?).
