I.e. if you saved an assembly with component A at revision 1 (already released)
Now someone updates "A" to revision 2, then releases it
Then someone updates "A" to rev 3, but does not release it
Load as saved will open rev 1 of "A"
Load latest released will open rev 2
Load latest working will load rev 3
Or something like that.
Production: NX10.0.3.5 MP16/TC11.2
I'd rather be e-steamed than e-diseaseled
It loads the structure as it was last saved in the NX part file, rather than from the BVR in Teamcenter.
That's what I thought! A coworker was explaining this "Load As Saved" option to me and what I gathered was that this "Load As Saved" was for the load option saved default file. So when I opened a NX file with this option selected, it would use the load option saved default file tha I may have saved. Maybe I miss understood what he was saying. I could not see how this would work, becasue if the "Load As Saved" was in the saved default file, it would create a loop.
Thanks for your help!
And then there's Precise/Imprecise... but I'll leave that for another day.
I'm trying to understand the load options in NX with TC and eventually get to the Precise and Imprecise.
