a question for NX Admins out here... Is it possible to limit which parts may be used from the integrated CADENAS library in a shared environment?
I have set a shared folder as the path of the library in the customer defaults and the only way I could think of limiting what others can see is by removing files from the library. The problem is that they get re-downloaded again so the next possible step would be to restrict write access for a domain group using the library.
Does anyone have another (better) solution for this?

Per the documentation, it looks like all you can do is restrict the list of vendors using Vendor Configuration. These edits are managed in VendorsConfiguration.txt, the path to which is defined in the Customer Defaults for the library cache data directory (which by default is $LOCALAPPDATA\CADENAS Library).
Hi @BenBroad, thanks for the reply.
Hiding vendors does not allow me to hide sub-folders so if I leave - Norm -, all possible standards within this Vendor still remain. I would like to limit this to a select few.
The .txt file reflects the same, there's no way to manually edit out sub-folders.
This is still the demo version, I'm just exploring possibilities before commiting to buying the full version. Do you by any chance know if Siemens or CADENAS can provide a customized library on request?

I don't, but I've contact Product Management for feedback.
