excuse me for the trivial question, someone can explain to me why this different behaviour of the Chamfer command?

Hi Cesare,

 

The behavior is based on the trimming (and attach) rules built into the feature. The rule is as the all the edges comes together as in the example the chamfer is also applied to the “vertex” or resulting edge. The same actually goes for blending, but you probably don’t even reflect over it.

you are right, I don't reflect over blend. It means that there may be other solutions for the Chamfer as for the Blend. Very interesting.
