Check mate error - Check Annotations

Hello All,

I have tried to use the check mate node "Spell Check on Annotations" and got some weird results.

I changed the check mate settings to check only the "Notes" , and enabled "Show Spelling Tips" to find the correct spelling.

One of the note I had in my drg is
"ONLY ITEMS DESCRIBED ON THIS DRAWING ARE APPROVED FOR USE IN THE APPLICATIONS SPECIFIED  HEREON."

After running the checkmate it gives the following error log . (Attached )

Does anyone know what is wrong here ?

Unless you actually are running MSword 2003, turn of that option in the Customize test dialog box.

If you have a Title Block on the drawing, the text in it will also be checked. It appears that you may have a scale or units value of 'IN', which I suspect represents 'inches'.

Thanks for the reply,

I'm pretty sure that there is no such word acronym for inch.

It shows me the same error for "All DIMENSIONS ARE IN MM U.O.S" even after turning the check box"Check with custom dictionary only" off

To get the "All DIMENSIONS ARE IN MM U.O.S" to pass, you need to remove the periods '.' in the U.O.S.

Thanks, But the error log is on the "IN"
Suggested words are "INN", "INK", and "I."

A bit odd, as the word "IN" is actually a word in English.  (See what I did there?)

Does case matter?
"in" != "IN"?

Of course, "IN" is the postal abbreviation for Indiana!
